Return Policy & Exchanges
All of us at Everything and the Baby want you to be fully satisfied with your order, but if something is not right, please let us know. We have an “exchange only” policy with no refunds. All returned merchandise gifts must be received back to us within 14 days of your receipt of the gifts. Any receipt merchandise gift returned after the 14 day will not be eligible for an Exchange or Store Credit. Customers have the option of returning merchandise gifts for Exchange or Store Credit per the guidelines below.
Exchanges and Store Credits
You can return unused and un-ensemble gift with in 14 days of your receipt of the gift merchandise for Exchange or Store Credit. If you return a gift back to us, you are responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes, and handling fees for the gift merchandise you are returning. We cannot accept C.O.D shipments. Please ensure the gift merchandise sent back to us is sent via insured, traceable method. We are not responsible for any returned packages not received or packages that are damaged while in transit. Returned gift merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unassembled. In its original condition and have all tags and packaging attached. Items that do not meet these standards will not be exchanged and will not be shipped back to the customer.
For exchanges, the gift or merchandise may only be exchanged for other merchandise of equal or lesser value. The customer is responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes and handling fees to have exchanged merchandise sent to them. For Store Credit, customers will be offered 80% of the cost of the merchandise returned (20% will be charged as a restocking fee), less the original shipping charges.
On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to:

Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our store for your Exchange or Store Credit to be processed. Store Credits expire one year from the date of return.
All Sale items are a Final Sale and will not be accepted for Exchange or Store Credit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
